ModernEDI Subprocessors

ModernEDI is operated by SEMR LLC. We use the service providers below to operate ModernEDI and process customer information on our behalf.
Current Subprocessors

| Amazon Web Services (AWS) | Cloud hosting, storage, databases, authentication, transactional email, logging, monitoring, security, backup, and service infrastructure. |
| Stripe | Subscription billing, checkout, payment processing, refunds, tax calculation where enabled, billing communications, and fraud or dispute handling. |
| Microsoft 365 | Business email, customer inquiries, support correspondence, and related collaboration records. |
Website Analytics
ModernEDI uses Umami for website analytics. Umami is self-hosted within our AWS environment and is not a separate hosted analytics subprocessor.
