ModernEDI Email Policy
Effective Date: April 12, 2026
ModernEDI sends account-notification email to support access, security, billing, support, and service operation for ModernEDI workspaces.
Email from ModernEDI account-notification senders, such as no-reply@modernedi.com, is limited to transactional messages related to user access, workspace activity, security, billing, support, and service operation. We do not use account-notification email for purchased lists, cold outreach, affiliate campaigns, or bulk promotional mail.
Types of Email We Send
ModernEDI may send email for purposes such as:
- Workspace invitations
- Email verification
- Password reset and account recovery
- Multi-factor authentication or login-related notices
- Security alerts
- Billing or subscription notices
- Support responses
- Important service or account notices
Who Receives ModernEDI Email
ModernEDI email is sent to people who have a relationship with a ModernEDI workspace, customer account, or support request.
For example, you may receive ModernEDI email if:
- You created a ModernEDI account.
- You were invited to a ModernEDI workspace by an authorized administrator.
- Your organization is onboarding to ModernEDI.
- You requested a password reset, verification email, or support response.
- You are a billing, technical, or administrative contact for a ModernEDI customer.
ModernEDI does not use purchased, rented, scraped, or third-party marketing lists for account-notification email.
User Invitations
Workspace invitations may be sent by authorized ModernEDI workspace administrators or by ModernEDI personnel assisting with customer onboarding.
Invitations are intended only for legitimate business users who are expected to participate in the customer's EDI, AS2, technical, operational, administrative, or billing workflows.
ModernEDI may restrict, suspend, or remove accounts or workspaces that misuse invitations or attempt to send abusive, misleading, unlawful, or unwanted email.
Reporting Unexpected Email
If you received a ModernEDI email unexpectedly, please contact us so we can investigate.

Bounce and Complaint Handling
ModernEDI monitors email delivery, bounce, and complaint signals for account-notification email. Addresses that hard bounce may be suppressed from future sending. Reports of abuse, complaints, or suspected misuse are reviewed and may result in suppression, account restriction, workspace suspension, or other corrective action.
Sender Authentication
ModernEDI uses standard email authentication practices for its sending domains, including SPF, DKIM, and DMARC where applicable.
Changes to This Policy
ModernEDI may update this Email Policy from time to time as the service evolves. Updates will be posted on this page.
